- I ordered 2+ items but only received one. Where's my order?
If you've ordered multiple items, they may be shipped separately to expedite delivery. You might receive items at different times, so don't worry if they don't all arrive together - they're on the way.

- Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Currently, we can't ship to multiple addresses within a single order. For shipments to different addresses, kindly place separate orders.

- Why haven't I received any order confirmation details?
It's possible that an incorrect email was entered during the order process. We send 3-4 emails, including order confirmation, fulfillment notices, and shipping updates. If you suspect an email error, please reach out to support@Funcleshop.com, and we'll rectify it.

- I want a custom product with my own text. How can I do that?
Simply order the desired product and email us the text or image you want for customization. Our team will ensure your product is tailored to your specifications.

Product FAQs:

- Is the mug safe for dishwasher and microwave use?
Our Accent mug is safe for both dishwasher and microwave use. However, for the Magic mug, we recommend hand washing as it is not suitable for microwave use.

We don’t have a tax nexus in the rest of the world.
